Who we are
This site belongs to Nysa Ventures Sàrl, a company registered in Geneva, Switzerland under CHE-326.785.344. We decide what happens to any personal data collected here, which makes us the controller for it.
For anything on this page, including any request about your own data, write to hello@nysaventures.ch. One address, a person reads it.
The short version
No cookies. No analytics. No tracking. No accounts. This site sets nothing on your device, measures nothing about you, and shares nothing with advertisers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network, so loading this page does not tell anyone else that you visited. What follows is the small amount that does happen, written out in full.
Visiting the site
Our hosting provider, Netlify, records a technical log of requests to the site. That log includes your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. It exists so the site stays up and so we can see abuse or faults, and it is kept only for as long as it is useful for those purposes.
We do not use those logs to build a picture of you, and we do not combine them with anything else. Netlify processes them on our behalf as our processor, under its own security commitments, and hosting involves storage outside Switzerland.
Writing to us
If you email us, we receive whatever you send: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message. We use it to answer you and, if we end up working together, to run that relationship. Nothing more.
We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship needs it. Where a message forms part of our business records, Swiss law requires us to retain it for ten years. We do not add your address to any mailing list, because we do not have one.
Who else sees your data
Only the suppliers we need to run a mailbox and a website:
- Netlify, which hosts the site and keeps the request logs described above.
- Our email provider, which delivers and stores messages sent to hello@nysaventures.ch.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone else unless the law obliges us to.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to what we do with it;
- hand it to you, or to someone else, in a portable form.
Write to hello@nysaventures.ch and we will deal with it. There is no form and no charge.
If you are not happy
Please tell us first, because it is usually quicker. You also have the right to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern, and if the GDPR applies to you, to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no archive of earlier versions, so the date is the honest signal.
